It really feels like I’m finding my feet this week. Feeling a little more autonomous in what I do.
It seems weird to say but I’ve also enjoyed going out shooting on my own using our nice new kit. The release from using very restricted kit has been such a god send. Having worked with teenagers for the last 3 years, university students and lecturers are a much welcomed change.

My lovely week was topped off with Helen coming to visit. My first weekend in Loughborough, and such a good one at that. We’ve been exploring the area, in particular around Burton-upon-Trent.
Lovely to get outside in the spring sunshine.

A light roasted lamb for dinner.
A long week, but a longer one coming up. Wish me luck.
